Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team in East Peoria, IL. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, and create personalized care plans while ensuring regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification may be required by state regulations.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
