Job summary

AVIR at Crockett, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. You will work with a high-energy, interdisciplinary staff to deliver patient-centered care and to design programs addressing cognition, functional maintenance, ADLs, dining, and return-to-home goals.

Qualifications

• Active Texas occupational therapy license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
• Ability to develop cognition and functional programs for ADLs and dining.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a SNF setting.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create rehab programs.
• Support return-to-home goals and functional independence.
