Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL disabilities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans following clinical standards.
• Utilize evidence-based practices for patient treatment.
• Administer therapeutic interventions including exercises and assistive devices.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Provide consultation to patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members on patient status.
• Create comprehensive discharge summaries according to regulations.
