Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team in Ann Arbor, MI. Must be licensed OT to apply; NBCOT certification and current state license preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and obtained.
