Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a Wisconsin skilled nursing facility. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, document to regulatory standards, and collaborate with a clinical team. NBCOT certification and current state OT license are required; immigration support is available for H1B.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by state.
• Current OT license in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and obtained.
