Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist at The Terraces at Los Altos in Los Altos, CA. You will provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary, with program planning and documentation under physicians’ orders.

The role supports mentorship for new graduates, allows clinical leadership over COTAs, and uses NetHealth for documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in occupational therapy.
• State license required.
• New graduates welcome; mentorship provided.
• One year of OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Assess, plan, and implement OT programs and related documentation under physicians’ orders.
• Supervise COTAs and support the care of patients you serve.
