Renewal Rehab in Wisconsin is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care team. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments and create personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
