Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting in Wisconsin. Compensation is $36.00 - $43.00 per hour, with competitive pay and strong clinical support.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA‑accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meetall regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
