Job summary

Shoreline Post Acute in Ohio is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing program. This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, a flexible schedule option, and a competitive $45–$52 per hour rate with a $3,000 bonus based on experience.

You will design therapy plans, perform assessments, implement treatments to improve function, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, and communicate with patients and families while staying

Qualifications

• Current OT licensure and certification required.
• Ability to design and implement personalized therapy plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork for interdisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized therapy plans to achieve patient goals
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and challenges
