Shoreline Post Acute in Ohio is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing program. This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, a flexible schedule option, and a competitive $45–$52 per hour rate with a $3,000 bonus based on experience.

As a Part Time member of our rapidly growing Occupational Therapy program, you would be a crucial part of helping to grow our program and helping our patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled OT to join our growing and dynamic team.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
Design and implement personalized therapy plans to achieve patient goals
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and challenges
Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient function and independence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients and families
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide evidence-based care
License/Certification: Current OT licensure and certification
Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills
