Sanford Health in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an Occupational Therapist for PRN shifts. You will assess clients, design and implement OT interventions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve function and independence.

New grads welcomed and opportunities for mentorship are available. The role emphasizes ongoing education, documentation, and adapting plans to meet patient needs within post-acute and long-term care settings.

Competenze

• Licensed OT in the state(s) of practice.
• NBCOT certification preferred for GSS facilities.
• BLS for Health Care Providers required or within 60 days of employment.

Mansioni

• Assess clients/patients/residents and design occupational therapy treatments.
• Develop and implement therapeutic plans to improve functional abilities.
• Provide education to clients/patients/residents and families to enhance outcomes.
• Document evaluations, plans and progress per departmental guidelines.
• Mentor staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
