Qualifications

• Current OT license in Georgia.

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and deliver OT services to residents.
• Create personalized care plans to improve ADLs.
• Recommend and instruct adaptive equipment for safety and independence.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Track progress and document interventions per standards.
