South Pacific Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join the Palm Desert, CA team. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, create personalized care plans, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

You will maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements and ensure all physician orders are current.

Formación

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
