South Pacific Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Palm Desert, CA. The role requires a licensed OT and offers strong clinical support and ongoing professional development.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, create care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining regulatory documentation and ensuring physician

Qualifications

• Must have licensed Occupational Therapist status to practice in the state
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by state law
• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of California

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
