Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in Plymouth, MI as a full-time, permanent OT. You’ll evaluate and treat patients in skilled nursing / long-term care settings, develop personalized care plans, and ensure regulatory documentation and physician orders are current.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT certification as required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes; maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are up to date.
