Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role based in Plymouth, MI. The position offers a salary of $75,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year and a permanent, full-time work arrangement in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with the care team while ensuring regulatory documentation and timely physician orders. Renewal Rehab supports growth and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Current license in the state of practice preferred or required if applicable.
• NBCOT certification may be required depending on state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes; maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
