Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; create care plans; maintain documentation; ensure physician orders are current. Must be licensed OT; NBCOT certification per state may apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Current OT license in state of practice.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by the state.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and properly obtained.
