Renewal Rehab in Rosemont, IL is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The compensation ranges from $75,000 to $98,800 per year, with strong clinical education and career advancement opportunities. Formación

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice; NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by the state.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
