Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in Rosemont, IL. The position offers a competitive salary of $75,000.00 - $98,800.00/year and a supportive, growth-oriented environment within a skilled nursing facility setting.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, create personalized care plans, and collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT-OTR certification if required by the state.
• Active OT license in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date
