Job summary

Advanced Therapy Solutions is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team, serving individuals across ages in community and clinic settings. The OT will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy services, sometimes supervising assistants.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and medical professionals, home program development, and ongoing documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current OT licensure in Arizona in good standing with AOTA.
• Experience in assistive technology evaluations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides program participant evaluations, occupational therapy services, and may supervise Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants.
• Assess individuals across all populations and develop effective, individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy services, update treatment plans, and communicate patient needs with team members
• Manage caseloads, re-evaluate progress, and adjust programs as needed
• Conduct home evaluations and establish home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including reports and scheduling
• Collaborate with medical professionals, staff, families, and community resources
