Qualifications

• Current California OT license required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled therapy interventions focused on functional independence and quality of life.
• Help residents improve activities of daily living, mobility, coordination, and safety.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate residents and families on adaptive strategies, safety techniques, and home programs.
• Document treatment sessions and resident progress accurately and efficiently.
