Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehablitation in Dallas, TX invites OT Fellows to join our one-year program beginning April/May 2027. The fellowship provides advanced-level practice and mentorship within a nationally recognized rehab hospital.

You will complete four 12-week clinical rotations and four 1-week observational rotations across the rehabilitation continuum, plus a university-sponsored course. This paid program offers strong career growth and CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program (required).
• Valid TX Occupational Therapy License (required).
• AHA BLS CPR within 30 days of employment (required).
• 1–3 years' experience desirable; fieldwork in inpatient rehab may be considered.

Responsibilities

Fellowship Structure & Learning Experience

This 1-year fellowship enhances therapists’ skills in advanced-level practice and prepares them for the AOTA Board Certification in Physical Rehabilitation (BCPR) exam.

Fellows will complete:

• Four 12-week rotations with clinical teams at our inpatient rehabilitation facility
• Four 1-week observational rotations across rehabilitation continuum of care.
• One 3 credit hours course from Texas Woman’s University’s School of Occupational Therapy (co-sponsor of the program)

Qualifications
