Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking skilled occupational therapists to provide therapy services in Portland, OR, in accordance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to enhance daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active state OT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
