Job summary

Greenville Center in Rhode Island is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. You will design and implement personalized treatment plans to promote independence, safety, and improved function for residents.

As part of the rehab team, you will educate residents and families on exercises, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records. A licensed OT with strong collaboration skills is required to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active OT license in the state.
• Experience in occupational therapy assessments and planning.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals
• Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination of care
• Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques
• Monitor and report on resident progress and outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
