Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist to assess patients, design recovery plans, and deliver OT services in a facility setting.

You will work with a rehab team to support independence, adapt treatment plans, and train patients and caregivers. A valid state license, NBCOT, and ACOTE-accredited degree are required, with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial NBCOT registration.
• Current, valid OT license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and caregivers to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety.
• Document progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
