Qualifications

• Massachusetts License and National Board Certification required.
• Experience with youth and young adults with mental health challenges preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Assess functional abilities and contribute recommendations to intervention plans.
• Identify sensory processing challenges and implement strategies.
• Provide individual and group occupational therapy interventions.
• Communicate findings through verbal and written reports and collaborate with the team.
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Provide training and coaching for community participation, ADLs, IADLs, and independent living skills.
• Promote skill development and independence across home, school, work, and community settings.
