Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensure and certifications required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations, determines OT diagnoses, develops plan of care and conducts OT procedures to restore function.
• Evaluates patient progress and documents for evaluation, billing and reporting.
• Advises on adaptive equipment and collaborates with multi-disciplinary team.
• Participates in team meetings and supports students and staff as needed.
• Follows treatment plan and updates plan based on guidelines and discharge criteria.
