Qualifications

• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
