Continuum Therapy Partners seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our team in La Crescent, MN. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, building treatment plans to improve functional independence and educate families on home safety.

Applicants should hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy with an active state license; NBCOT certification is required, and about 1 year of OT experience is preferred. This is a PRN schedule position serving La Crescent Health Services.

Formación

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
