Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interprets physician referrals and evaluates patient abilities to plan care.
• Establishes and implements treatment plans; fabricates assistive devices as needed.
• Monitors outcomes; adjusts plans; communicates with physicians and teammates.
• Completes documentation, maintains caseload, and meets productivity standards.
• Applies insurance guidelines; handles authorization, visits, billing and scheduling.
• Supervises OT assistants and rehab extenders where appropriate.
