Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT).
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of residents' physical and cognitive abilities.
• Design and implement occupational therapy interventions to enhance daily living skills, mobility, and cognitive function.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to address residents' medical and functional needs.
• Educate residents and families on self-care techniques and adaptive equipment.
• Document resident progress and communicate with the healthcare team and family members.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care.
