The role emphasizes evaluating patients, implementing therapy plans, and educating families to support daily living activities and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional skills.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to improve daily living skills and promote overall health.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in patient care meetings and contribute to team discussions on best practices and treatment outcomes.
