Recover-Care seeks a Registered Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and help individuals regain independence in daily activities within community limits. You will document assessments, coordinate with a care team, train staff, and design home programs while adhering to state and professional standards.

The role requires travel to patients as needed and communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate).
• Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association required.
• Proficiency with state, federal, and professional standards.

Responsabilités

• Provides diagnostic evaluations and treatment to assigned patients.
• Maintains timely and accurate patient records and reports.
• Directs support staff to achieve patients’ functional goals.
• Administers treatment programs to increase functioning.
• Designs individualized therapy for adults with learning disabilities.
• Develops home programs and trains patients or families.
