Zusammenfassung

Synchrony is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide a full range of OT services at our US-IN-Columbus location. You will assess patients, plan and implement interventions, and support daily living activities in an interdisciplinary team.

Licensure in the state and CPR certification are required; 0-1 years of experience preferred. A commitment to documentation and collaborative care will be essential to success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.
• Licenses and Certifications: Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration; CPR certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
