Job summary

Alliance Orthopedics in East Brunswick, NJ is seeking a full‑time Occupational Therapist to join our conservative care team. You’ll provide direct patient care, work with chiropractors and physical therapists, and act as a liaison to physicians to deliver integrated rehab services.

You will evaluate patients, design personalized rehab programs, and educate families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve function and independence in a busy clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE/AOTA‑accredited program.
• National Board Certification for OT.
• New Jersey License required to practice.
• Experience with EMR systems and documentation workflow.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine patient relationships and understand patient goals.
• Deliver one‑on‑one evaluations and document findings in EMR.
• Design and implement individualized rehab and fitness programs.
• Collaborate with MDs, surgeons, and other specialists for comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and caregivers about needs and home exercise plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare patients for return to work or school.
