Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid OT license in the state of employment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate service delivery software and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients to maintain function post-discharge.
• Create independent exercise programs and modify activities as needed.
