Domnovate seeks an Occupational Therapist for a permanent, on-site role in Puyallup, WA. The OT will evaluate functional abilities, set individualized goals, and deliver patient-centered interventions to enhance independence in daily living activities.

Collaboration with the rehab team is essential to connect clinical goals with patients’ daily routines. Licensure or eligibility in Washington is required, with comprehensive documentation and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Washington OT licensure or eligibility required.
• Appropriate accredited OT education and clinical qualifications.
• Sound clinical reasoning and clear communication with patients and team.
• Ability to assess, plan, deliver and document occupational therapy care within scope and to meet credential requirements.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate functional abilities and participation in daily activities; develop goals and treatment plans.
• Deliver interventions, reassess progress, and adapt care as needed.
• Collaborate with rehab and care team to align goals with daily activities.
