Job summary

You may supervise assistants, aides, and students and collaborate with providers, case managers, and family members.

The role requires state licensure as an Occupational Therapist; NBCOT certification is preferred for Sanford Health facilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT per state requirements.
• NBCOT certification preferred for Sanford Health facilities.
• CPR/BLS certification required or within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conducts evaluations and provides interventions for residents and patients.
• Evaluates abilities and develops realistic therapy goals.
• Documents information for evaluation and establishes therapeutic plans.
