Job summary

Paradise Valley Hospital in National City, California, seeks a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our award-winning team. You will deliver medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic OT services to restore function for patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and cardiopulmonary disorders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.
• National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification, AOTA and OTAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic OT services to restore function for musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Functions as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team and adheres to hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Education

Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy

Current state Occupational Therapy license

Current BCLS (AHA) certificate

NBCOT/OTAC/AOTA preferred
