Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, treatment and discharge planning to patients in the assigned clinical area.
• Document patient evaluation, treatment progress and billing in the medical record.
• Communicate pertinent patient information with patient, families, physicians and team members.
• Participate in rounds, clinics and case conferences as assigned.
• Supervise students and delegate responsibilities to support staff.
