Job summary

Midtown Center for Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver resident-centered care within a warm, collaborative setting. You will assess patients, develop and monitor treatment plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to restore independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Valid state Occupational Therapist license, where applicable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation.
• Provide occupational therapy services with screening and evaluation, and develop treatment plans.
• Discharge planning, supervision of assistants and rehabilitation technicians, and case management responsibilities.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations governing occupational therapy practice.
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational, facility, and patient information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
