Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Daytona Beach clinic. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement care programs across several specialties while maintaining a high-quality patient experience.

The role requires an active Florida OT license, CPR/BLS certification, and a willingness to work with diverse diagnoses. Orthoses fitting and fabrication are preferred; new grads considered with appropriate supervision.

Qualifications

• Current OT license in the state of Florida.
• Current hands-on CPR/BLS Certification.
• Experience preferred, will consider a new grad.
• Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements.
• Ability to prescribe, fit, and fabricate orthoses as needed preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete the new patient evaluation, establish customized treatment plans and patient goals.
• Deliver and manage high quality patient care for multiple diagnoses.
• Maintain a positive patient experience through engagement and progressive treatment.
• Effectively communicate skills both verbally and in writing.
• Promote evidence-based patient care.
