Qualifications

• Graduation from OT program with B.S. or M.A. from an approved school.
• Current CA OT license or CBOT limited permit (≤ 90 days).
• Current NBCOT certification.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement occupational therapy services for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
• Perform patient evaluations and create treatment plans to achieve outcomes.
• Document patient care and participate in patient care meetings.
• Delegate duties to support personnel and maintain appropriate productivity.
• Serve as a clinical instructor after one year of experience.
• Ensure adherence to PMR/OT/hospital policies.
