PARS Therapy in Bullard, TX is seeking a dedicated Home Health Occupational Therapist to serve as a partner for patients throughout their journey, facilitating the restoration of mobility and ensuring optimal client functionality.

You will enhance quality of life and movement potential by engaging in promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation, delivering skilled OT services to homebound clients.

Formación

• Active license in TX required.
• OT liability insurance in TX required.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Home Health or Rehab experience preferred.
• Ability to manage patients with different personalities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices.
• Friendly and professional demeanor in explanations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled home health services to eligible Medicare patients.
• Collaborate with nurses and other therapists to deliver OT care.

Conocimientos

Active TX license

Graduate degree in Occupational Therpy

Responsibilities

• Our Home Health Positions include Skilled Home Health Services that provide skilled services to people who meet the criteria for Medicare home health coverage. These home bound clients receive services provided by a nurse, physical therapist, speech therapist, or occupational therapist.

Requirements

• Active license in the state of TX required.
• OT Liability insurance in the state of TX required
• Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy
• Home Health or Rehab experience preferred
• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
• Current knowledge of treatment practices
• A friendly and professional demeanor is required when explaining procedures and treatments
