Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers direct patient care per physician prescription.
• Develops and implements treatment plans to improve motor coordination and function.
• Documents per department policies and procedures.
• Uses evaluation techniques to set goals and design treatment plans.
• Provides remediation to maximize daily functioning.
• Coordinates DME and instructs patients on use and follow-up care.
• Participates in quality improvement activities.
• Treats patients with disabilities using kinetic activities and perceptual training.
• Instructs patients and caregivers in activities of daily living to promote independence.
