Responsibilities

• Submits documentation in accordance with department policies.
• Utilizes evaluation techniques to establish realistic goals.
• Provides remediation in patient’s deficit areas.
• Reviews and arranges for required Durable Medical Equipment.
• Participates in quality improvement chart reviews.
• Treats patients using kinetic activities.
• Instructs patients in daily living skills.
• Performs related duties as required.
