Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Kansas OT license or eligible for licensure.
• BLS certification present or eligible to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in outpatient and acute care settings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals for patients.
• Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation staff to coordinate care.
