Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to serve Medicare Part B patients in Assisted Living and Independent Living Communities. You will follow patient progress over time and focus on improving independence, mobility, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed OTA in state of practice or eligible.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents in Assisted Living & Independent Living Communities.
• Develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Collaborate with care teams, staff, and caregivers to achieve strong patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
