Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to build meaningful relationships with Medicare Part B patients in Assisted Living and Independent Living communities, focusing on independence, mobility and quality of life with patient-centered care and clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• OTA must be licensed or license-eligible.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehab or senior living therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents in Assisted Living and Independent Living Communities.
• Develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL/IDL training, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Collaborate with care teams, staff, and caregivers to achieve strong patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
