Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Racine, WI seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to assist the Licensed Occupational Therapist in rehabilitation programs, ADLs, ROM, strength, balance and cognition to restore function.

You will prepare equipment, build relationships with patients, and collaborate with clinicians to support daily visit goals and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved occupational therapist assistant program.
• State licensure required.
• BLS certification via American Heart Association.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant assists the Occupational Therapist in the practice of occupational therapy to include development deficits, activities of daily living work conditioning, range of motion, coordination, balance endurance, cognition, and exercise programs to restore function and increase strength.

• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved occupational therapist assistant program
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $25.00-$33.00/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
