Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support an Occupational Therapist in delivering therapy to patients with developmental deficits, ADLs, and range-of-motion work. The clinic at Racine provides hands-on rehabilitation to restore function and improve strength.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an APTA/CAPTE OTA program with state licensure and BLS certification, eligible for professional growth in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant assists the Occupational Therapist in the practice of occupational therapy to include development deficits, activities of daily living work conditioning, range of motion, coordination, balance endurance, cognition, and exercise programs to restore function and increase strength.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $25.00-$33.00/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
